REGULAR MEETING
TEMPORARY DATE CHANGES
Notice is hereby
given that the regular meetings of the City
Council for the month of JULY have been changed
to the second and last TUESDAY and the first
meeting in AUGUST is changed to the second
TUESDAY. The next regular meeting of the City
Council will be Tuesday, July 13. The meetings
will begin at their regular time of 7:00 p.m.
unless authorized by Council. They will
continue to be held in the City Council Chambers
located at 506 N Montesano St., Westport, Wash.

Notice that LTAC is Accepting Applications
For Hotel/Motel Advertising Funds
The City of Westport
Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) will be
accepting applications for the 2011 Hotel/Motel
Advertising funds for events and tourism
advertising from date of publication of this
notice through September 1, 2010. Based on the
Program requirements, all events will be
required to complete the application process.
An explanation of the Program is included with
the application request. The application can be
downloaded from the City’s website at
www.ci.westport.wa.us/forms.html,
or picked up at City Hall, 740 N Montesano,
Westport, or call 360-268-0131 for an
application to be faxed to you.

Planning Commission has one vacancy, Position #4
that will serve through 12/31/10. If you reside
within the city limits of Westport and are
interested in serving on the board, please
submit your letter of interest to the City of
Westport, Clerk-Treasurer’s office or mail it to
PO Box 505, Westport, WA 98595. Please include
your name, address, phone number and a brief
explanation why you would like to serve on the
Planning Commission.

Accepting Sealed Bids
The City of Westport will
be accepting sealed bids for a compact SKID
STEER LOADER for the Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Requests for specifications can be sent to: sewer@ci.westport.wa.us
or contact Todd Stephens at
360-268-0512.
Sealed bids shall be received by the City of
Westport by Monday, July 19, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.
Bids will be opened shortly thereafter. Bids
can be mailed to the City of Westport, P O Box
505, Westport, WA 98595 or hand delivered to
740 N Montesano St., Westport, and marked
‘Sealed Bid-Loader’.
The City has the right to reject any and all
bids.
